IDIGITALIP Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Integrated DIGITAL IP, LLC (“IDIGITALIP”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

It is IDIGITALIP’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, IDIGITALIP will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the IDIGITALIP website (the “Site”) that are reported to IDIGITALIP’s Designated Copyright Agent, identified in the sample notice below.

Modern UK Slavery Act Statement

The United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires certain businesses to publish a statement specifying the efforts taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking anywhere in their own business or their supply chain for each financial year of the organization. This statement constitutes the Modern Slavery Act statement of IDIGITALIP, Inc. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020.

Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Rules forUS Health Plans

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
